WHO WE ARE

South Stack Studios is a creative nonprofit dedicated to championing authentic South Asian stories in film and media.

We invest in bold storytellers — filmmakers, writers, and artists — whose work celebrates the richness and complexity of South Asian experiences. Through funding, mentorship, and community partnerships, we empower creators to bring fresh, nuanced narratives to global audiences, amplifying original voices.

Our Solution

A New Engine for South Asian Stories. South Stack Studios is a non profit media-tech organization built to champion South Asian stories and talent for a global audience - we know how to build the “stack” of complex and multifaceted narratives that garner financial success and critical acclaim. We invest capital and resources into passionate storytellers to amplify the next generation. South Stack Studios supports creators, filmmakers, and writers not just via funding but also through mentorship and networking experiences to share the rich, diverse narratives globally. Using data-driven and AI-enabled tools to identify and amplify the next generation of creators, we bridge Hollywood and Silicon Valley. Our Mission: Create. Curate. Connect. Cultivate.
